Curse Maven Snippet
- Increased the damage of the Black Hole spell
- Tree bark damage reduction is now capped at 60%
- Heartstop spell now deals 125% of the absorbed damage as burst damage
- Heartstop spell duration is now capped at 60 seconds
- Wither Skull spell now applies the Wither debuff
- Howling Wind is now an instant cast spell
- Overload now applies a maximum health reduction debuff
- Echoing Strike now scales with up to 300% of spell power
