- increase absorption I from one minute to 1:20
- reduce strength from 30 seconds to 15 seconds
- Removed the speed effect
- add new effect - regeneration II for 10 seconds

- adds speed for 15 seconds
- adds absorption II - (no duration changes)
- strength - (no duration changes)

Super Cherry Sandwich
- adds absorption III, lasts for 1:20
- increase strength from 15 seconds to 20 seconds

- Cherry Jam removes any and all potion effects. (think of it as a portable milk bucket)
