Backport the Lush Caves feature from Minecraft version 1.17+ to version 1.12.2.

Hello everyone! What you are seeing here is a genuine backport of the 1.17+ Lush Caves feature set to the 1.12.2 version of Minecraft — and yes, this is the full-fledged implementation, not just a decorative block pack. This mod fully replicates the functional mechanics and systems, bringing the vast majority of the original 1.17+ Lush Caves details faithfully into the 1.12.2 environment.
