Fixes for the Nether and other dimensions.

• The Nether no longer generates broken: it was cut to the overworld's height map (a ruined look, no roof) and the overworld's rivers and lakes were carved into it as water. ReTerraForged now only works in dimensions that generate with its own terrain. Reported by Alex.Wajoe and user_4qvic088v0sm2gaw.
• No more crash when choosing the world preset with Immersive Portals installed ("No cloner for minecraft:custom_portal_generation").
• No more freeze or crash on entering the Nether: the erosion and snow features skip dimensions that are not ReTerraForged's.
• Nether chunks no longer start overworld terrain generation in the background.

Chunks that already generated broken stay as they were saved; only new chunks are fixed. To regenerate the Nether, delete the world's DIM-1 folder while the game is closed (everything built there is lost).
