Resurgence Core 2.0.16

Changes:

• Added banners for all gods.
• Added a new form of teleport spell.
• Added addon support.

Player Profile:

• Player model no longer rotates, and is draggable in the profile screen.
• Player model now inherits all properties with ETF/EMF and animations.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed various advancements causing players to be stuck at level 20.
• Fixed level data never being read or saved correctly when FCED reflection fails due to a malformed fallback compound.
• Fixed phantom level 1 write on player join before Puffish finishes loading player xp.
• Fixed level-up popup triggering every time xp is gained.
• Fixed client never re-syncing when a level cap advancement is granted mid-session.
• Level cap changes are now tracked and detected within the tick loop.
• Fixed secondary sync path incorrectly being eligible to trigger level-up effects.
