Resurgence Core 2.0.4

Changes:

• Added level requirements for weapons/armour.
• Requirements config supports individual items, patterns, regex and item tags.
• Anima, Vitality and Void Runestones added.
• Level unlock screen shows all unlocks for each level. Can be opened with /unlocks or using the default key bind.
• Add, remove, check and reload level commands for items.
• Updated character binding with mixins.
• Added very basic edict rewards.
