Added new blocktag: "respawningstructures:keepalways"
which prevents a respawning structure from overwriting that block. By default it contains grave blocks from various grave mods.
Fixed the keep existing blocktag to no longer require waystones to be installed
Fixed a rare crash, add more safety conditions
Fixed explosions crashing with certain mods
Structure data now only counts Blockentity placement by real players
