Resource Melons

Changed lots of config entries to be more intuitive, using percentages rather than 1 in X

Changed textures for Iron and Quartz stuff

Iron, Gold, and Copper Melon Slices now produce Raw Ore items instead of ingots

Melons and Stems now use Axes to mine instead of Hoes, like vanilla melons

Added an REI plugin for Melon Consumption

Melon types can now have their own Resource and Seed chance multipliers

Default revert chance is now 10% rather than 1 in 8

Cloth Config is no longer included

Seeds textures are now vertically centred
