Resource Melons

- Updated to 1.14.4

- Added Quartz and Glowstone Melons

- Melons now only grow on blocks of their materials

- Only sky light stops melons from growing now

- Changed how growth speed is determined

- Changed ids of seeds

- Seeds can now be crafted (surround a vanilla melon seed with blocks of a material)

- You can now get extra seeds from a full melon block in a crafting bench

- Chance of plants dying changed to 1 in 8

- Added creative tab

- Made it easier for addons to exist

- No longer overwrites dungeon loot table

- Attempted to inject seeds into vanilla loot tables, but it doesn't seem to work :/

- Stems are now coloured

- Probably other changes I've forgotten
