Buffed some resonances that were lacking a lot.
-Doubled smoke screen duration
-Being inside of a smoke screen will give you blindness
-Payback laser variation range doubled
-Payback laser variations is now actual variation. (Variation 2 & 3)
Fixes
Prevented top pop from being able to destroy your minecraft world
Optimized shard bow code, now if you give any entity the potion effect "Shoot_shardbow" it will shoot a arrow from shard bow resonance.
Shrine remnats structure fixed and now only spawn underground.
