Labeled as alpha because the ledger system still has a lot of issues and does not really work as intended yet
- Added the ability to set reputation thresholds for specific entities for the AI stuff
- Fixed some icons
- The engage trigger now works for the chat icon system
- Added ledger system, where you can assign a currency item to each faction, bag it up, sign it, and put it in a storage ledger which gets cashed in at the end of the day to increase your reputation for the faction you signed each bag for
