Replication Indexer

Ok another big update, this a fun one. its for the remote terminal again, added more function, more checks etc etc. also add support for tom's simple storage, if the remote terminal is linked to tom's storage terminal it just does inv management, if its linked to crafting terminal it can craft though it. all behind the scene, basicly more Cooking for blockheads stuff (but should also support other mods that do stuff like CFB crafting station.

I know so many updates for CFB mod, im using CFB as a foundation to add support for other mods :D Also made it so that the Remote Terminal as a "normal" bridge between linked crafting station without needing linking to indexer, so link Tom, AE2, RS and put on CFB crafting table (most likely any crafting station that checks nearby inventory)
