Features:

• Matter register scripts now use iska_lib load JSON under data/<ns>/load/ (nested folders supported; match by type rep_ext_reg / rep_ext_reg:register)
• Works with jar datapacks, KubeJS kubejs/data, instance datapacks, and other iska_lib bootstrap roots
• Built-in matter value recipes for supported mods are unchanged

Tweaks:

• Removed kubejs/external_scripts path and dev.externalScriptsPath config
• No longer auto-generates README documentation in an external scripts folder
