1. Scope and definitions

"Software" means the RenderScope source code, binaries, and original documentation
made available under this license. "Derivative" means a modified version or work
incorporating a substantial part of the Software. Independent works do not become
Derivatives merely because they interact with RenderScope.

Only an applicable copyright holder, or a project owner acting with that holder's
authority, may grant an exception to this license.

2. Permission

Subject to the conditions below, you may use, inspect, copy, modify, build, and
distribute the Software and Derivatives, in source or binary form. You may include
them in projects, integrations, and modpacks that are available without charge.
No fee is owed for these permitted activities.

Private use of the Software as a tool, including at work, is permitted. This does
not grant permission to sell the Software, deliver it as part of a paid project,
or charge others for access to it.

3. Sales and paid access require prior written permission

Without prior express written permission from the applicable rights holder, you
must not:

(a) sell, rent, sublicense for a fee, or otherwise charge for the Software or a
    Derivative;
(b) include or deliver the Software or a Derivative in a paid project, product,
    modpack, bundle, or subscription, even if the price is described as payment
    for other components; or
(c) require payment, a paid membership, a purchase, or a mandatory donation to
    obtain, download, or access the Software, a Derivative, or a project/modpack
    containing it.

An attribution, a notification, a publicly visible repository, silence, or the
absence of a reply is not written permission. A permission applies only within
the scope specified by its rights holder.

Unconditional voluntary donations and ordinary advertising on a freely
accessible project page are allowed, provided they do not restrict access to the
Software, a Derivative, or the containing project/modpack to paying users. Merely
using RenderScope to inspect a game or a server does not incorporate RenderScope
into that game or server.

4. Conditions of redistribution and modification

You must retain this license, the copyright notices, and applicable third-party
notices in redistributed source and binary distributions. Identify modified
versions and their changes clearly, without implying endorsement by the original
authors. Do not remove or replace these restrictions from the original Software
or the portions of a Derivative covered by this license. You may license your
independent additions separately, subject to the permissions and restrictions
that continue to apply to the incorporated Software.

This license does not require you to publish your private modifications. It does
not grant permission to impersonate the RenderScope project or use its name or
logo as the brand of an unrelated product. Original branding may accompany an
otherwise permitted redistribution to identify RenderScope, with attribution.
Other rights in the original artwork and trademarks are reserved.

5. Third-party material

Third-party components, dependencies, game assets, and trademarks remain subject
to their own licenses and owners' rights. This license does not replace those
licenses or grant rights in Minecraft, Forge, NeoForge, Create, Flywheel,
Mekanism, or their assets. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.

6. Termination

The permissions granted by this license terminate if you materially violate its
conditions. After termination you must cease the activities that require these
permissions, unless the applicable rights holder grants reinstatement in
writing. Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities already incurred.

7. No warranty or liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHORS AND COPYRIGHT HOLDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR
OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE OR
OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

claim to be an OSI-approved open-source license. Rights not expressly granted
