- Remnants now also works on multiplayer. It only took a year for me to realize it was broken in the first place
- Decay can now "decorate" blocks For example saplings appearing above dirt or cobwebs appearing beside other blocks
- Added JSOn options for controlling "decorations"

- changed decay JSONs to support block tags and setting how decoration works
