Remember Me is a small, quiet Minecraft mod with one purpose: to let you say goodbye to someone you've lost.

When you reach the end of the world — or turn away from it — a cinematic ending screen appears. Two voices scroll up from the dark. They talk about grief, memory, and what it means to keep going when someone is gone.

There are no gameplay changes. No new items. No new biomes.
Just a conversation. And a name.
