Experience Sources

• Zoom (Scoping): Grants +2 XP for every second spent scoping with the spyglass (works in-hand or via Curios keybind). Client-server synchronized via ScopingTracker.
• Crystal Vision (Reveal): Grants +15 XP upon activating the ability.
• Crystal Mark (Lock-On): Grants +5 XP when successfully locking onto a target.
• Crystal Mark (Sniper Hit): Grants +15 XP when landing a homing critical hit on a marked target.
• All XP reward rates are fully configurable in reliquified_spyglass-server.toml.

Dynamic Leveling & Rebirth System

• Rank 1: Zoom unlocks at Level 2; max relic level capped at Level 5.
• Rank 2: Requires 1st Rebirth; unlocks Crystal Vision at Level 5.
• Rank 3: Requires 2nd Rebirth; unlocks Crystal Mark and raises max level to 10 with up to 5 points to allocate between lock_time and damage_multiplier.
• Dynamic template scaling per player rank handled seamlessly via ModifyRelicTemplateEvent.

Stat Rerolls & Quality Scaling

• Enabled attribute rerolling for Crystal Mark at the Relics altar/anvil.
• Added configurable Quality 0 (0-star) and Quality 5 (5-star) baseline bounds for both lock time and critical damage multiplier.

Aim Loss Decay Rate

• Losing aim no longer penalizes higher ability levels with accelerated bar drain; progress decays at a consistent, level-independent speed.
• Decay speed is configurable via lock_decay_time (default: 2.5s).

Rank 3 Modifier: Clarity

• Added the clarity rank modifier to Crystal Vision, unlocked starting at Rank 3 with an interactive [ON]/[OFF] switch in the Relics GUI.
• While active, boosts Crystal Mark lock-on speed by +50% (time divided by 1.0 + boost).
• Configurable via mark_lock_speed_boost (default: 0.5).

Config Fallback In-Game Chat Warning

• Added ConfigFallbackNotifier and ClientFallbackChatHelper to notify players in chat and server logs if Config.SPEC.isLoaded() returns false or if default fallback values are used.
• Built-in 10-second debounce prevents chat spam during active ticks.

Localization

• Added full English and Spanish translations for all new XP sources, rank modifier descriptions, and chat notifications.
