Reliquified L_Ender 's Cataclysm new relics fix

A compatibility mod that allows Reliquified L_Ender's Cataclysm 0.1.1 to work with newer versions of Relics on Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge.

The original add-on references several classes and methods from the old Relics 0.10 API that were removed or changed in Relics 0.12. This mod provides a compatibility bridge using Mixins and bytecode transformation without modifying the original add-on JAR.

Main fixes

• Fixes startup errors caused by the removed IRelicItem API.
• Converts old relic definitions to the new RelicTemplate system.
• Restores Curios integration and attribute modifiers.
• Adapts stats, levels, ranks, cooldowns, and experience.
• Restores legacy active ability behavior.
• Replaces the removed player-motion network packet.
• Preserves ability order and progression values.
• Adds compatibility for descriptions and tooltips.
