All Epic Shields now have Special Effects.

Sun Charge heals during the day time.

Ice Step gives Speed II on ice and snow.

Reflection, reflects 50% of blocked melee attacks.

Cruel Mockery inflicts attacker with Weakness II for 6 seconds, on blocked melee attack.

Nature's Nourish gives Regeneration I in the green.

Gracefall gives slow falling and Resistance I on block for 7 seconds.

All effects are only active if in offhand.
