Relics of Ruin V1.0.6

What's New & Fixed:
- Added enchantment support for all Relics of Ruin swords.
- All weapons now properly support sword enchantments.
- Fixed ability cooldown issues after player death.
- Ability cooldowns now properly reset when the player dies and respawns.
- Fixed a dedicated server crash caused by client-only code being accessed on the server.
- Improved dedicated server compatibility and stability.
- General bug fixes and code improvements.
