## Fixed - Fixed Evoker Charm Vex lifecycle, targeting, cleanup, and cooldown behavior. - Vexes are now removed when their target dies or the Evoker Charm is unequipped. - Evoker Charm cooldown now starts after the last summoned Vex disappears. - Prevented summoning multiple Vex generations simultaneously.
