Relics

0.2.0 Release:

This is a first part of a huge mod update. Some mechanics are still indev, but it should actually work. Here is a list of changes:
◈ Implemented complicated relics crafting logic (only for boots rn) with a runic altar and 12 new runes
◈ Implemented relics crafting durability with a runic anvil and 5 new items
◈ Added new relic - Old Boot - slightly increases player movement speed. Can be found while fishing
◈ Added new relic - Amphibian Boot - increases player swimming speed at the bottom of the sea
◈ Fully reworked config file: now it splitted to a different files for each relic
◈ Slightly reworked particles of Space Dissector.
◈ Fixed crash with Champions and Ars Nouveau
◈ Fixed crash with Mahou Tsukai
◈ Removed Reflection Necklace hearts HUD
◈ Implemented API methods for leveling logic
◈ Updated Chinese translation. Thanks to qsefthuopq!
◈ Updated Português translation. Thanks to Mikeliro and joaoespanhol!

This update changes a lot of how configs works. So, if you found any issue, pls, report it to the mod Discord or issues page.
