Summary
It has happened to me more often that I have accidentally removed more blocks with Haste II + Efficiency V than I actually wanted to.
Therefore I have developed this mod, which break blocks immediately during the sneak, but adds a cool down after breaking.
It should be pretty similar to the creative mode experience -> blocks can be mined immediately, but it only breaks around 3 blocks per second, when holding down the mouse button.
