Reign of Nether: Nations

- New main menu: red buttons, letters flying in, glowing gold logo, a "NATIONS" sign hanging on chains that gets struck and left in molten lava. - Trade window: amount fields now accept clicks anywhere (input used to go to the wrong field). Added "all" button, mouse wheel, over-budget highlight, clear button, Enter to send. - Workers no longer gather on other nations' land on their own; only own/unclaimed land, unless you send them there yourself. - "How to Play" book given on first join (/rts-guide gives another). - WASD camera movement option (Options → Controls). - New map "Great Island": square, endless sea, 3 starts with one resource each. - Ships (except transport) cost more. - Lumberjack and miner improvements (with and without Sodium), fog of war fixes, multiplayer camera rubber-banding fixed.
