Fixed a critical crash issue and rewrote some surface rules that should give you a bit more performance!
## CHANGES:
    -Fixed Cobalt Nylium dropping Netherrack instead of Blackstone
    -Fixed overlooked Dead and Yellow Bioshroom item tags
    -Fixed Windswept Grass loot table crashing chunk generation
    -Made Alpha Grove biome more common
    -Made Bioshroom blocks drop Bioshrooms unless silk touched, making them more renewable
    -Made Cobalt Webbing stay blue in any biome
    -Made cave biomes much rarer
    -Rewrote overworld Surface Rules for further optimization
