Regalia Slots API (1.0.1)
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
v1.0.1 - Fix third-party curio equip/unequip notifications (Iron's Spellbooks and others)
Bug fix release for Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1.249 (Java 21).
Fixed
- Third-party mods (e.g. Iron's Spellbooks) sometimes failed to notice a curio being
equipped or unequipped, and did not refresh state that depends on it (e.g. known spells from an
equipped spell book). The compatibility layer only posted the internal
com.skd.regaliaslotsapi.api.event.CurioChangeEventwhen a curio slot's contents changed. Mods compiled against the real Curios API (like Iron's Spellbooks) subscribe totop.theillusivec4.curios.api.event.CurioChangeEventinstead — a separate compiled class, not an alias of the internal one — so NeoForge's event bus never delivered the notification to them. The mirrored event is now posted alongside the internal one on every curio equip/unequip (slot content change and active-state toggle), so third-party listeners are notified reliably instead of only picking up the change on the next unrelated full refresh (e.g. re-login).
