Reforged StackableItems Compat

A small compatibility mod that allows Reforged and StackableItems to work together on Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge.

What does it fix?

Reforged and StackableItems both modify Minecraft's AnvilMenu, causing a Mixin conflict that prevents the game from starting when both mods are installed.

This mod resolves that conflict by preventing the conflicting StackableItems AnvilMenu mixin from being applied, allowing Reforged and StackableItems to coexist.
