Fixes the mod refusing to load next to Sodium Forge Edition.
The Sodium dependency range was upstream's [0.9.1,). Sodium Forge Edition reports its version as 0.9.1-SNAPSHOT, and in Maven version ordering a -SNAPSHOT sorts before the final release, so that range excluded it: Forge aborted loading with "Mod reeses_sodium_options requires sodium 0.9.1 or above" even though Sodium was installed and enabled. The range is now [0.9,), the same one Sodium Extra uses.
