Hotbar Lock Mod (HLM)

Locks the hotbar slots. It has a GUI and keybind (default key is J). While a slot is locked, you can't shift click, click or pick up items in that slot. You can press the keybind for the slot while hovering over an item to put an item into that slot, and u can hold it as an empty hand. It is not yet fully client side (WIP).
