FIX: Now unable to use Ultimate Drill Head with Hotswap Augment
FIX: Fixed Modifier not dropping items inside of it.
FIX: Fixed Hotswap Augment changing bodies if the augment is not set.

FIX: Removed JEI button that caused crash, it'll come back later.
CNG: Upped the energy cost of Heavy Drill Augment (x2 => x3)
