Redstone Igniter

This mod adds a single block with an energy capacity of 1000 FE units, which uses 100 of those to light a fire in the space in front of it when it receives a redstone signal. It's crafted with cobblestone in the corners, netherrack on top, flint and steel in one side and redstone dust in the other, a dispenser in the middle, and a magma block at the bottom:

You can configure it to require being on fire itself to light a fire.

You should probably use TOP or Hwyla for checking how much energy it has, since the block doesn't have a GUI.
