What's new

Caution:
 - BE data (e.g. PIDer settings) may be reset after the update. Make sure you've backed up your control chunk whether through sable blueprint or taking a screenshot of your PIDer settings.

Added:
 - S-Paired Input for modifying / composing S-signal
 - S-Common Input for adding a common shift term in the S-signal
 - All S-series now have an extra common shift term. Will decode as the base value for each direction
 - PIDers now support modifying rate of integral separately

Updated:
 - Interaction between all blocks in this mod are immediate now. Any connected chain would all update in the same tick
 - Removed all survive conditions to make life easier

WIPs:
 - Helicopter Brain & mirrored version: Output rotor blade pitches based on WASD+common signal, navigator-based phase reading and set phase shift. Have not passed the utility test. Not sure if possible to do RS-based helicopter control.
 - Helicopter Output: Output for Helicopter Brain

Other Changes:
 - Removed redundant logic in opening menu
 - Fixed multiple integer compression related dizziness with S-PIDer. They appeared to have canceled themselves out so any control made in prev versions should continue to work...?
 - Added arrows to S-Outputs back texture.
 - Unified max RS output text
 - Moved looping logic from PIDer to SelfCorrectData
 - Minor MathHelper function modifications
 - Fixed a few typos
