• HOLC Chip: Outputs signal when back goes below the lower bound, not stop outputing until it goes >= the higher bound. Can invert RS behavior and config bounds in Shift+RC menu. 
• Registered sable mass for chip-like blocks. They now weight 0.25 not 1. Whole blocks are still 1. 

Modified: 

• Adjusted PIDer logic. Now when you stop integral output it'll also stop integrating the input. 
• Internal int packaging algorithm was reformatted. Might be useful in later versions. 
• Bunch of random format fixes.
