Fixed the Redstone Chalk editor screen on Minecraft 1.21.1.
The chalk drawing UI could appear blurry while the buttons stayed sharp because Minecraft 1.21.1's screen background blur was being rendered over the custom editor panel.
Updated the editor screen rendering so the chalk canvas, title, tool text, and controls now display clearly.
