Red's Handheld Pets (Better Balance Update)

-Added Octopus Pet! It gives you conduit power and is diamond tier. Itdoes not have a crafting and can instead be found in shipwreck treasure chests.

-Added Snake Pet and Snake Scales, It gives you a new effect called Snakes Bite which will posion you enemies apun critical hit. (Doesn't work on hostile mobs yet)

-Added Hollow Oak Tree and Hollow Terracotta Structures and blocks, these can be found in oak forests and the Badlands, and when you break the special new blocks, you can get some random loot. Mostly Sticks, but you can sometimes happen across a pet or two!

-Added a food system so that pets now require food for them to give you their ability, the foods accepted currently go as follows, they are meant to be at least somewhat realistic food sources.

Armadillo Lizard - Spiders Eye

Great Horned Owl - raw cod

Red Panda - bamboo

Octopus - raw salmon and raw cod

Snake - Eggs (Chicken eggs not spawn eggs for clarification)
