Red Controls

Added some blocks:

-ADC and DAC convert 4 bits of a bundled signal to or from an analog redstone signal
-breaker switch and big lever are decorative alternatives to levers
-covered button for safety
-pressure panels, which are like pressure plates but they can also be placed on walls and ceilings (also there is a new type that only players trigger)
