Recovery Orb

On death, your items and one of your hearts will be stored inside of a recovery orb at your death location. Until you retrieve the orb, the stored heart will be taken from your max health. To get your heart and items back, simply walk into the orb.

If your max health is only one heart, no more hearts will be stored, but your items will drop normally.
