Initial release.

RECLAIM is a found Relic table. Place it, pay lapis, undo a unique crafting recipe. Never crafted.

• Place the Relic, then open one GUI: input, lapis with xN under it (green/red), 3×3 preview, Disassemble.
• Cost table: wood/stone 1, iron/copper 2, gold 3, diamond 4, netherite 8. Datapack overlay in reclaim/costs.json.
• Damaged, enchanted, filled containers, books, maps, and custom data are refused. Ambiguous recipes are refused.
• Break the table: it returns to your inventory.
• Datapack: canonical tag mappings, item/recipe overrides, cost table, reclaimrelic:non_reclaimable.
• Chest loot (~4%): village weaponsmith, toolsmith, armorer, mason, abandoned mineshaft.
• Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge, client and server. Standalone.
