This mod scrambles recipes every time a server is started or /reload is used. Supports most vanilla shaped and shapeless recipes, furnaces, and campfires. example usage in JNEM2.

Yes, yes it can but the advantage of using a mod is no setup time other than initial download and it works out of the box with most modpacks without further configuration needed on behalf of the user.

Only required serverside but can be used in single player.
