Allows you to randomize the variants of blocks placed down by the rechiseled mod simply by holding the chisel in your off hand and toggling on random mode.
This also works with the Better Building Tools hammers and the Construction Sticks. There is a separate toggle for those to randomize then when placing with the tool.
