This Pack for the Realms Of Runeterra experience now features all the items, blocks, abilities and other gameplay stuff not related to the core package which manages generation of the Runeterra Dimension.
This way, if you want to use any item block or play as a champion on the rift you don't need to download all the dimension generation logic!
