Realm Council 0.2.1
- Removed the O key shortcut and remote menu opening through /council and /eleicoes.
- Public menus now require interaction with the appropriate physical block.
- Added server checks for distance, dimension, station validity and session expiration.
- Invalid sessions now close the menu without sending election data.
- Preserved operator administration commands and existing world data.
Update both the server and all clients to 0.2.1.
