Added the ability to heal the player while sleeping.

Added multiplayer support, hopefully.  Completely untested, but it should work.

Potions now tick throughout the night at a 1:1 scale.  Drinking a vial of Regeneration right before bed is now a great idea!  Or how about sleeping away some of that Bad Omen you've got?

 

Don't worry, everything is configurable.  If you don't like something, turn it off!
