Realistic Walkie-Talkie 1.1.0 for Fabric 26.1.2

New: radio push-to-talk key, hands-free

• New key "Radio push-to-talk" (B by default, Controls > Walkie-Talkies): hold it to talk on your walkie-talkie wherever it is: in your hand or anywhere in your inventory.
• Separate from your voice chat settings: keep an open mic (voice activation) for the people near you, and the radio only carries what you say while you hold the key. Set "Mic: key" on the walkie-talkie screen so the walkie-talkie in your hand stops transmitting by itself. In the voice chat's push-to-talk mode, the radio key opens your mic too.
• New key "Open walkie-talkie" (Y): opens the screen of the walkie-talkie you carry, without taking it in hand.

New: second receiver and an ear for each receiver

• Every walkie-talkie has a second receiver (B, listen only): listen to two frequencies at once with one radio, and talk on the main one.
• Put each receiver in your left ear, your right ear or both (with the voice chat's 3D audio on "Normal", the default).

Everything else works as before.

• Requires Simple Voice Chat and Fabric API, on the server and on every client.
