This mod replaces the vanilla night vision effect with a much more realistic version that looks like you are wearing night vision goggles. There is a keybind ('m' by default) to switch between the green phosphor and white phosphor style night vision. Also, don't have night vision during the day if you like being able to see.
This mod is client-side, meaning you should be able to use it on a server that does not have it installed.
Any requests to port to another version/modloader will be ignored unless you want to do it yourself and make a pull request to my GitHub, which I encourage.
