Everything since 0.8.0.
- The held items are shown at the bottom-left with their count (main hand in the corner, off hand next to it) when there is no hotbar on screen.
- In chests and workstations the off hand now works with every shortcut the main hand has: shift-click, double-click, Q and Ctrl+Q, and the 1 key to swap with the main hand.
- Empty off hand slots no longer show the shield outline.
- The saturation bar next to the hunger column is gone. With AppleSkin installed, saturation and exhaustion are drawn inside the hunger column like in AppleSkin itself, and the held food preview only shows with AppleSkin.
