What's new

First release.

A Minecraft day now lasts twenty four real hours and follows the clock of the machine the world runs on, in its own time zone.

The world clock is slowed to the rate a real day deserves and the game advances it on its own, so the sun glides rather than stutters. Every few seconds the mod checks the real clock and nudges the world back if it has drifted. The day count of the world is kept intact.

The alarm clock: crafted from iron, redstone and a vanilla clock. Right click reads the time out, crouch and right click walks the alarm forward half an hour at a time and then off again, and the time sits at the top of the screen while it is in your hand. It rings once, at the time you set, if you are carrying it. The time it shows is read from the sky, so it agrees with the sunset in front of you even on a server in another country.

Config file with the time zone, the day length, correction interval and drift tolerance, and switches for the alarm and the readout. /realtime shows the state and sets an alarm; sync, timezone and reload need operator.

No third party assets: the texture and the two sounds are generated in code. MIT licensed.
