PCP pass is after LSD, includes diplopia, afterimages, contrast/vibrance, hue shifting, macro/micropsia-style warping. 

Added PCP world render distortion and entity distortion.

PCP-injected mobs now become high-durability analgesic warriors. lol

PCP half-life and dose scaling was tuned.

PCP injection now uses smoother distribution/intensity behavior.

Laced joints now support stacked PCP lacing.

Improved renderer capability. (report crashes related to PCP asap!!!)
