mostly internal changes, moving away from b*****dish procedural system

it was too resource hungry in comparison with current

+added dimmable light feature

note: it should be mentioned, that light intensity updates only each time you power on and off the lamp. it depends on redstone input. try to experiment with it, you will find out how to use it as you want.

note:your worlds may warn you that there is somenthing missing. don't worry, lamps and stuff should stay, only procedures were removed.
