RC Battle Speed (Cobblemon)

A client side mod for the RC-Gamers Cobblemon server. The mod speeds up cobblemon battles by the set amount thats set by the server version of this mod. this is purely the client version. will possibly release the server version with this at a later date.
This Mod is currently solely used on the RC-Gamers Cobblemon server.
Having this mod on any other server will not do anything
When in battle with a Cobblemon, the actions are sped-up to give gameplay a more sped up pace.
Aswell, while in battle, catching Cobblemon is sped up, so the pokeball shakes during the catch phase are faster.
